So it's outdated. But seriously the room got cold fast and the bed was super comfortable. Looks like They are remodeling (Sept 2017) the front desk guy was super nice. Asked for a late check out because we got in at midnight and he we accommodating. Would stay here if ever in Gainesville again.
Bathroom is updated but light bulb was out and fan was very noisy. Says no smoking but the room smelled smokey to us. Top bed spread/cover was stained or dirty and in our room dead bugs were along the baseboards. The back door to hotel had no lock what so ever, was not well light did not feel safe. I would never stay here again.
Rooms were nice but for non smoking is on the second floor they have no elevators and you have to haul your luggage up the stairs to your room. The room price is way too high for this. We had to wait a long while at check in because they had no rooms ready.
We had an issue with our booking dates and I don't catch it until AFTER the date that was initally booked had passed. Thanks to Retha, I was able to change my reservation for the right day without being charged twice. She kept in contact with me through out the process and made sure I was taken care of. Thank the Lord for her!
I looked this place up online and the price was $46 so I called to book it, a very thick accented Indian man told me $85 plus tax. I told him the website had it priced at $46, he says oh I'll look into that, then tells me he'll go down to $50 if I book now. He tried to scam me out of $34. I think this is a good place to stay away from.
