Though our room wasn't quite ready, the hotel had us an upgrade without even being asked, and it was much needed and appreciated. Our visit was short, though, so we weren't able to take advantage of many amenities. The pool was nicely heated, the breakfast was nice, but the hotel was too close to the main highway which caused a bit of noise all night long.
This place is so upscale and beautiful. My mother made such a great decision in booking this suite with Whirlpool jacuzzi for me and my husband on our honeymoon. The front office staff was so accommodating in helping me check in early because my husband was extremely sick to his stomach which we appreciate more than I can ever express in words. This is the best experience I've ever had at any hotel and if it wasn't for the price I would practically live here. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to book a suite again at this establishment on another special occasion. Keep up the wonderful standard and quality of service y'all have. Y'all more than exceeded my expectations.
Nice room with a small living room. 2 TV's. Well kept. Queen beds available. Prices triple if a big attraction is at Winstar casino. Book at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid price jump. Free breakfast. Great cinnamon rolls. 3D printed waffles (really).
The night desk crew was very friendly and accommodating. We checked in after 10:00pm. The room was very clean and we'll maintained. The beds were very comfortable to everyone in my family. Breakfast was very good and the dining room was kept clean.
Clean, comfortable, highway access. When we arrived, however, we had to wait about 45 minutes to get into our room along with several other guests. Admittedly, there was a concert nearby and the motel was at maximum capacity.
