Nice place to stay that was comfortable room is clean. Does need some work on paint and it looks like the repairing it right now! Otherwise nice and comfy
Wow I was impressed. Don't expect or compare a 4-5 star hotel but the room were very clean . Shower felt great and more importantly we slept like a baby from the comfort of the bed.. the best and more important point to express was after 30 min of check in the front office called our room making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything..
My husband and I stayed here last night. Being from Dallas the times we go to Winstar Casino we usually stay overnight at the casino hotel depending on rate and comps. Last minute decision to come out made it impossible to get a room in fact there were no rooms anywhere close to casino except this one. My first thought was "ugh" lol .
But booked a night there.

Best in Gainesville. location is great. plenty of restaurants,starbucks, and grocery store within walking distance. Easy highway access. No seedy characters roaming about. Felt safe with my two small children. Location was within walking distance of a library, a zoo and a recreational park with a huge play area for kids. They have an excellent fresh food breakfast with a nice hot/cold variety including eggs and cereal. Had an issue with billing and was pretty upset, but Gised at the font counter handle the situation with professionalism, and genuine concern. Thank you Gised! The good outweighs the bad by leaps and bounds but the bad is the only thing keeping this location from a 5 star review.
Very nice, staff very friendly and helpful . Would definitely choose this hotel aga8n. There was evidence of the remodeling., looking. Forward to see the upgrade.

Oh I just had one of the most intensely disappointing stays on this trip. The motel was going through a remodel no apology for the inconvenience. Contractor showed up at my door at 07:45 am to do work. The room reaped of cigarettes and it was an old smell long term smoking smell.(TERRIBLE) bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was too oily. Eggs were nauseous sausage not fully cooked and slippery like a snails trail is slimy. Gravy was very salty and was not constituted very good in the water big clumps I mean fill a restraint spoon with the concentrate. Evening staff was not receptive to my health needs and did not move me to a different roo.. Do NOT EVER STAY HERE IT IS BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD.
