No one told us we needed a spwcifoc lock. We werent in town and were told our lock "dissapeared" . We asked for a temp lock and were offered one for the price of 12 which we were ok with. Went to pick up our stuff and our cut lock was thrown in a box. Our deposit was not refunded and we didnt get to keep the lock. We were told they dont give depos
