Staff was great! Very efficient. Low wait time. Great experience.
The only beef I have with this clinic is they Do Not tell you these docs are PA's and not MD's!! Sat in clinic 2 hrs to find out that she was. a PA and could Bot treat me!!
Brought my wife in and we were the only ones here no other patients and it took over an hour while the staff just chit chatted
The providers are always nice and so is the desk personnel. However, the nurse or medical assistant that's typically there is not personable at all. In this field, you need to talk to people and have some empathy, not treat them as is they're just another annoying part of your job.
I have taken my son here several times & have had nothing but prompt & excellent care by everyone we have seen. They take their time, listen, are down to earth & are not just trying to cover their behinds with unnecessary tests, medications or treatments. Very thankful to have them available so close to home, so I don't have to take him out of town to his pediatrician (or to an ER) for basic illnesses & injuries.
