I've shopped this store for years and its really going down hill when it comes to customer service. The current manager Justin, is dropping the ball. Today I found a item at another store and he refused to transfer it to his store. He told the lady helping me "to purchase it from the store 3-1/2 hours away and enjoy the road trip". WOW...That's what I call team work right there.
The employees are starting lose the helpful nature they once had, and their poor morale is starting to show. Sad to see a poor leader have such a negative impact on a location.
When i was in highschool and a senior, we were allowed to paint our parking spaces at GHS, the staff was incredibly helpful in matching the colors I wanted with the design I wanted to do. They helped me pick out the supplies I needed and what paint was best going to last in the weathering of a parking lot.
Awful went in to buy cabinets. Cash in hand and no one wanted to help me at all then finally the lady working it even said don't even bother getting them here..... Okay! Bye
