I order an arrangement for Mother's Day on-line from Houston and spoke directly to Mary at Kaden Florist. She told me that she would have to substitute what I ordered for a cube arrangement because she did not have what I ordered. I asked at least 2-3 times if it would be comparable to what I was looking at on line. She assured me it would be.
I hate I have to write a bad review on Kaden Florist, specially growing up in Gainesville and knowing them personally. HOWEVER , this arrangement was for my mom's memorial service, last thing we were ever going to get to buy for our mom. We wanted a big arrangement and told them $150. Got to the funeral home seen several big arrangements that were beautiful, but they were not ours. Called and ask Kaden Florist where our arrangement was and they said it was there. We looked at the snaller arrangements and finally found it. It was a SO-SO arrangement, not what we had order at all. I guess they used a few expensive flowers (probably about past their use date) There was nothing special about it, and most of my friends could not believe that arrangement was $150 arrangement. The BIG beautiful arrangement we thought was ours was from our friends that were there , they paid $75, and it was 3 times the size and more beautiful then what we got, to honor our mom.
The arrangement I ordered stated 12"W X 10"H. What my mother received was 4"W X 4"H. When I called to complain, Mary's response was " Well what do you want me to do about it?" When I told her I would never use her company again, she said, OK!
Sorry but now I will not recommend that business again, specially a day that meant so much to me and my family.
Lesson learned: NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM KADEN FLORIST IF YOU EXPECT TO GET YOUR $$ WORTH OR ANY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
Prices are too high for what you get. I’m willing that pay a premium for quality flowers and arrangements but you get neither here. The flowers at Tom Thumb are better quality than these. Also they aren’t the friendliest people in town which is surprising seeing as how they’ve been in business so long. What a shame.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KADEN THE FLORIST!!!!!!! ORDERED FLOWERS, SPENT $139.00 AND RECEIVED ABOUT A $30.00 ARANGEMENT! ASKED FOR 3 BALLONS, RECEIVED NONE! VERY IMPORTANT NAME LEFT OFF!!
DISAPOINTING....i wouldn't be ginving you one star if I could post this with out it. I was calling to order a plant/arrangement for a funeral...but couldn't talk to a sales person because they have a RECORDING sales survey promotions service....YOU LOST A SALE BECAUSE OF HIS ;NONSENSE..... my suggestion is to LOOSE THAT RECORDING AND CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS.
