These people will hound you 3 days before your payment is suppose to be made. Even after speaking with someone, they will still call you EVERYDAY!! Extremely rude, horrible customer service, and a joke when it comes to the quality of their products. DO NOT rent from these people!!!
This place is the rudest and most hateful buisness iv ever dealt with . I rented a refrigerator from them . Miscommunication lead to the thought that I got paid weekly . I get paid biweekly . They called said I was 2 days late and needed 26 dollars today . I informed them that I get paid friday and will be in to catch up on payment and late fees . They proceeded to tell me no they would be here today at one . Come to find out they were engaged route 20 minutes later . Didn't have time to clean my fridge out . They couldn't wait 4 days for my money . My food is now in an ice chest till I get paid and will go to aarons . Do not do buisness with these people !!!
Do NOT do business with these people. Towards the end of my lease, I got a payment behind. They then, without any prior authorization, charged my credit card 3 times, back to back, within minutes of each other. I'm having to go through filing criminal charges against the store manage, Joe, now. I would sue the company, but I just don't have the time... But beware... They prey on people with low income, and minorities.
The manager Joe is SUPER RUDE, likes to scam people, and simply a fast talker to try to sell you into their products. Their furniture is raggedy and the delivery guy came and built our cocktail table and chipped the table. My couches were sooo damaged and the cushions are barely hanging on. OMG heaven forbid your one day late, they will call EVERYONE that knows you to find you. The are such a rude company. NEVER again will I deal with them. I would rather have a contract with Aarons then to deal with their nonsense. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! DO NOT!!!
