I'm not sure which office the person below me went to, but I believe they may be confused? That doesn't sound like any experience that I have ever had at Dr. Record's. He is always willing to talk to you and hear your concerns, and the staff is always kind and professional.

Making an appointment was easy. The hygenist did great work. The Dr was quite flippant when his opinion disagreed with yours. However, one of the front ladies was very sickly/ not good to hear constant sucking of snot....ever hear of medicine or staying home in a 'medical' environment? Staff resisted when asked to submit a predetermination for work to be done. When asked for clarification on their estimate, they were unable to explain and hung up the phone. When approaching the Dr about the unprofessional attitude and experience, rather than apologize for their incompetence, he refused to do any further work. NOT recommended !!
Soon after moving to the Gainesville area, I sat in the same dentist chair I sit in now for Dr Record and his great staff. But back then my dental needs were taken care of by Dr Powell and his great staff -- a few of whom are still here, 32 years later! If I were not totally satisfied, don't you think I would have found another dentist's chair by now?
Very friendly staff and professional, excellent care! I have tried other dentist and would not go anywhere other than to this dentist office. The dentists are very thorough, as are the dental hygienists, and I have always been extremely pleased with the results of their care and work. I recommend them highly!
